Angelica (your obsessive soup dealer)

I am an Amsterdam-based scribbler, doodler, occasional wanderer and home cook. I like food that comes from passion, knowledge and respect. I appreciate taste, care and simplicity on my plate, and will talk to anyone who wants to share their views, experience and values about food. I believe food is a language we all speak. Just like language, it is a way for us humans to define our relationships with ourselves, others and the world. As Soup As Possible is where I collect stories, interviews and recipes, to capture the many faces of these fascinating relationships. I organise food-related events in Amsterdam, aimed at learning from experts, producers and our own shared experience.
